Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid rejection.

  Ship to RIF LA

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
